Executive – HR

Job Responsibilities:

  • Maintenance all kinds of HR, Admin-related documents and prepare daily reports.
  • Recruitment & Selection process of employee
  • Prepare appointment & confirmation letter
  • Assist to Payroll system, daily attendance & absent report, tiffin report.
  • Prepare and update workers personal file, ID card.
  • Accept record and communicate employee complaints and requests.
  • Assist to arrange monthly meeting & training.
  • Accept record and communicate employee complaints and requests.
  • Must be very conversant with the Labor Laws, Labor Rules and HR policies especially related to Garments Sector.
  • Experience in different audit.
  • Work closely with the higher management on organizational HR & Admin issues.
  • Ensure Preparation and Maintenance of personal files of all personnel in the factory.
  • Formulate and implement HR and Admin related plan, policy, procedure and guidelines.
  • Ensure that proper staffing levels are in place.
  • Have proper knowledge about payroll software.
  • Coordinate and conduct training and counseling/motivation of employees.
  • Any other tasks assigned by management.

 

Additional Job Requirements:

  • Must have working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
  • Age 24 to 28 years.
  • Must have sound knowledge about Bangladesh Labor Law-2006 & Bangladesh Labor Rules-2015.

Educational Requirements:

  • BBA/MBA in HRM from reputed university.
  • PGD & HRMC will be an added advantage.

 

Experience Requirements:

  • At least 01 year(s).
  • The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Factory HR Administration.

 

Salary: Negotiable.
