Return & Exchange Policy

  • Customer can return/exchange the received product in unused condition within 7 days
  • All Discount or promotional-priced items and any items that are sold below the MRP are non-returnable, non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
  • Customer can order the same product in different size/color or a different product of the same value in return/exchange
  • For any return/exchange, customer needs to inform Crescent Customer Care by calling: +880 1700744896 or email at:  [email protected] within 24 hours of receiving the delivery
  • Customer can exchange any ordered product for 1 time only
  • Products ordered through online, cannot be returned/exchanged at physical stores
  • Once the product is sold, refund is not possible and customer will be issued a voucher that can be used in crescentfootwear.com only. The voucher is valid for one year of generation
  • Gift Voucher will be generated once customer returns the product
